From the desk of Andrea Liebross, Founder of SHE THINKS BIG!®

Happy Friday, Reader!

This week on the podcast, we talked about belief — specifically, how the belief you hold about yourself as a CEO quietly drives every decision you make.

And inside today’s newsletter, I want you to pair that belief work with something most high-achieving women rarely examine: the level of support you actually allow yourself to receive. I’m talking about the kind of support you so generously give to everyone else — your clients, your team, your partner, your kids — but almost never extend to yourself.

Read on to discover how the belief you practice about yourself leads to the support you’re willing to give yourself.

Let’s upgrade both.

Tap Into This For The Next Six Weeks to Operate With More Ease in 2026

As we wind down the year, it's natural to take stock of your business operations and your lifestyle, dialing up what's working well and seeking solutions for what isn't vibing with your needs. And, something I want you to start examining over the next six weeks, as we transition into the new year, is the level of support you receive.

Specifically...
Not hustle support.
Not “just enough to get by” support.
Not survival mode support.

I mean the kind of support you so generously give to everyone else — your clients, your staff, your partner, your kids — but rarely offer to yourself.

Most women abandon themselves at the exact moment they need support the most.

You do it when you’re overwhelmed.
You do it when the schedule gets tight.
You do it when your identity is shifting.
You do it when self-doubt spikes.
You do it when you’re trying so hard to keep up that you forget you’re allowed to
come first.

I want you to tap into what I call "Luxurious Support." And, this type of support isn't the kind someone else gives you.

It’s the way you lead yourself.

It’s emotional luxury — staying grounded when life gets loud.
It’s mental luxury — choosing belief over pressure.
It’s operational luxury — creating systems that give you space instead of stealing it.

My question for you this week:

Where are you giving everyone else the velvety blanket… and wrapping yourself in the scratchy wool one?

Pick one place where your life feels scratchy, consider:

✅ Calendar

✅ Communication

✅ Client expectations

✅ Home obligations

✅ Emotional load

And ask:

“What would the luxurious version of this look like?”

Then take one tiny step toward it.

Luxurious support isn’t a treat or a reward.
It’s a standard.
And it’s the signature trait of an inevitable CEO.

Reply and tell me:
Where are you upgrading to luxury next?

Belief Is the Blueprint for Everything You Build in Your Business!

In this week’s episode of She Thinks Big, I’m zooming in on something that quietly shapes every result in your business — not your strategy, not your schedule, not even your systems… your beliefs.

Most women come to me saying: “I need more clients,” “I need a better calendar,” “I need a new offer,” “I need more time.”

But underneath every “I need…” is actually an outdated belief that’s creating friction, overwhelm, or stagnation.

Check it out: 👉 Your beliefs determine how you think. 👉 Your thinking determines what you do. 👉 And your actions determine your outcomes.

If your business is hitting a ceiling, it’s almost never a strategy problem — it’s a belief problem.

In the episode, I break down:

How outdated beliefs quietly slow your growth.

Things like:

“I’m the only one who can do this right.”

“I shouldn’t take risks right now.”

“I need to prove myself first.”

“If I slow down, everything will fall apart.”

These sound responsible… but they keep you stuck at the level you’ve already outgrown.

Why confidence doesn’t come before action — it grows because of it.

High-achieving women often wait to feel fully ready before making the next big move. But confidence isn’t a prerequisite — it’s a byproduct of moving.

Use the TRUST™ Framework to upgrade your beliefs.

Your beliefs evolve when you intentionally work through these layers:

T — Thought Options: What else could be true here?

R — Reality: What’s the real problem I’m solving?

U — Uncertainty Tolerance: Can I hold space for imperfect information?

S — Support: Who helps me strengthen the new belief?

T — Take Massive Action: What’s the next right move that aligns with what I want?

This framework is the difference between staying who you are… and becoming the CEO your next level requires.

Action Steps You Can Take This Week

Identify one belief you’ve outgrown. Ask yourself: What belief is creating the results I’m currently experiencing?

Choose a new belief that better supports where you’re going. Something simple like: “I can make decisions even when things aren’t perfect.”

Take one small action from that upgraded belief. Not when you feel ready — right now.

Upgrading your beliefs is the most productive work you can do as a founder, leader, or CEO. When your beliefs evolve, your business does too.

Hey Reader, You need an HR person. So you ask around, get a name, schedule a call, spend forty-five minutes figuring out if they are even the right fit. You did this at 10pm on a Tuesday because that is when you finally had a minute. Maybe they are the right fit. You do it all again next month when you need someone who understands cash flow. You are not just running a business. You are constantly researching, vetting, and interviewing experts -- on top of everything else. Here is the tough...

Hey Reader, Karin was running two businesses alongside her husband. Everything ran through her. Every decision. Every fire. Every question her team had -- even the small ones. "I was quite grumpy at home," she told me. "I had no time. Everything was in my head." She was answering messages from the bleachers. She was approving things from the parking lot. She was lying awake Sunday night mentally rehearsing Monday morning. That is not a time management problem. That is what it looks like when...
